WHAT IS Holistic Healing?
Traditional Holistic healing is a form of alternative medicine that employs an array of pseudoscientific practices branded as natural non-invasive and as promoting self-healing & The ideology and methods are based on vitalism medicine, rather than evidence-based medicine. prevention and the self-healing process through the use of natural therapies. It can be divided into two areas of focus; supporting the body’s own healing abilities & empowering people to make lifestyle changes for better health. Holistic Healing is not an alternative to modern medicine, but is used by people as an additional therapy or alternative for some non-serious medical conditions. 

How can it help Build Immunity at this time
Remember one thing , any kind of virus will attack a person whose immunity is weak & his/her body is toxic. Right food intake is very important to make the vitals strong along with regular cleansing of body from inside.

Food to be consumed
Drink 2 -3 liters of warm water in the morning after waking up. Drink 1 glass of fresh lemon
water with honey & 2-3 drops of juice from freshly grated ginger. After 30 minutes have a plate full of fruits for breakfast (which includes Pineapple, Oranges, Guava, Papaya, Pomegranate etc ) Have Lots of green leafy vegetables. If someone has sore throat, immediately one can start gargling with warm salt water, doing Neeti pot &  kunjal, this can prevent any infection to settle in the body. One can also make tea of ginger, holy basil leaves (3-5), fresh turmeric, whole pepper corns & drink everyday to build immunity. We should consume 40 – 50% of raw diet every day.

If someone in sick means there are lot of toxins in the body, Staying on raw diet for 2-3 days like salad vegetable juices, lemon water, fresh coconut water will help in speedy recovery.
